  • Not necessarily! I can design effective workouts based on the equipment you already have or even with no equipment at all. Bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and household items can work wonders and deliver great results. However, as you progress in your fitness journey, you may find that adding a few versatile pieces of equipment can enhance your experience and results.

    I typically recommend starting with a baseline collection that includes essentials like dumbbells, a stability ball, or resistance bands. These items are budget-friendly and can significantly expand the variety of workouts we can do together. Ultimately, it’s about finding what works best for you and your goals, while keeping your experience enjoyable and effective.

  • I’m here with you every step of the way over the course of your program. You’ll receive regular check-ins, accountability, feedback, and encouragement to keep you motivated. Plus, I’m always just a message away when you need a boost or have questions.

  • It depends on your goals and commitment, but most clients start feeling improvements in their energy levels, mood, and overall well-being within the first few weeks. While physical changes take time, and depend primarily on your consistency, we’ll focus on sustainable results that last, rather than quick but fleeting transformations. But, on average, physical changes are typically visible within 6-8 weeks.

  • Yes! I don’t believe in restrictive diets or eliminating the things you love. Instead, we’ll focus on balance, building a nutrition plan that supports your goals while allowing you to enjoy life. It’s about creating a healthy relationship with food that lasts.

  • Proper form is essential to ensuring that you make progress while minimizing exposure to injury and movement dysfunctions. Your coach will periodically request videos of you performing specific exercises  and you can upload them right in the app. You can also request  feedback.

  • Absolutely not! I wholeheartedly believe that a healthy fitness lifestyle is for everyone, regardless of age. While the types of exercises may adapt to meet the unique needs of each individual, there’s always a path for you! In fact, I’ve worked with clients as young as 93 years old! Currently, most of my clients are between 40 & 73. :)

  • There are no refunds, but I offer flexibility if life gets in the way. You can pause your program for up to 3 months for a $25/month holding fee. Personal training packages expire 3 months after purchase, so I encourage you to stay committed and make the most of your program within that timeframe.
